This notice supports development validation. Starlink Trust legal counsel must approve the final production wording.

Information handled by Starlink Trust

To create an identity and card application, we process your name, email, mobile number, country of residence and, when required, delivery address. Personal information is encrypted in the database.

Information handled in the verification portal

Passport, proof of address, facial images and liveness evidence are submitted directly in a secure hosted verification portal. Starlink Trust receives verification status and an applicant identifier, but does not store those source files.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used only for identity verification, Visa card applications, application status and card activity. Necessary fields are shared with regulated verification and card service providers for these purposes.

Accessing your application

This development version uses a high-entropy recovery code. Store it safely: only a cryptographic digest is retained, so administrators cannot retrieve the original code.
